By using GiftlyCard, you agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only. You may not use this service to commit fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.

We reserve the right to terminate access to any user who violates these terms without prior notice.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds where eligible. Because gift card codes are delivered digitally and instantly, a code that has been revealed or redeemed is generally not eligible for a refund.

If your order was not delivered, was charged incorrectly, or the code is invalid on arrival, contact us and we will investigate and issue a refund where appropriate.

Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of purchase via our Contact page.
